prompt is one + a giveaway

One year ago today, I opened my Etsy shop, prompt, and officially listed my first item. What an amazing ride the last 52 weeks have been! I am so thankful for the awesome friends, supporters and customers I've met. You are the best!!
To celebrate, I'd like to do a little giveaway! One lucky winner will win a mounted holiday stamp of their choice. You can see them all here. Just leave me a comment by Sunday (November 11) evening and tell me something, anything. What is your favorite holiday tradition? Are you doing a December Daily this year? Are you working on any fun craft projects? Or just say hello. :) Comments are now closed.

I will announce the winner on Monday, November 12. Good luck and happy weekend to you! Tomorrow I'll be cropping with my mom and sister and hope to put a nice dent in my December Daily foundation pages. And I have holiday cards on the brain. So much to do. 'Tis the season, right?

  1. I love the merry Christmas stamp.... I'm thinking of decorating early for Christmas like the weekend of Nov 17th ! As I will be away for Dec 1st when we normally put up all the decorations with my kids and I don't want to miss out that excitement . Thanks for the chance.

  19. Congratulations Nicole. I only just stumbled across your blog today & am amazed how small this creative world is. I actually have some of your stamps but came to your blog via a post in the gallery for OLW at Big Picture. Have been loving your OLW album (even though I am still stuck in March!). Love your stamps by the way & looking forward to having a look through your blog. I too will be doing Dec Daily (my 3rd year) and am in my second year of PL.

  21. Congrats! I actually saw this on Pinterest... For Christmas this year, I want to wrap 24 books for my kids to open each day before Christmas as a little countdown. Plus, as a bonus, new Christmas jammies to be opened Christmas Eve so that we can have a family movie nite. I'm super excited!

  22. Even though we're moving just a few days before Christmas, I've decided to do a December Daily album. I want to remember this time... the decorations, traditions, our Elf on the Shelf, moving day, friends & family, and the rest of the joy (and chaos!) that the holidays bring.

    Happy Birthday to your shop!!

  24. Congratulations on your anniversary!
My last year's December Daily is still unfinished and the last few weeks of project life too. It was too overwhelmed for me to do both of them. That is why I have planned to skip December Daily this year and doing project life as detailed as I can in December. It is better to have one accomplished project than nothing, right?

  25. Congrats on your anniversary. That's awesome. I'm not going to do December Daily. I tried the year before last and it just didn't work for me. Instead, I'm going to focus my crafty efforts on making some handmade gifts.

  26. Congrats on the shop anniversary! I'm gearing up for my 3rd December Daily. Going 6x8 this year, with a mix of cardstock and divided page protectors. Looking forward to seeing what you put together this year!

  28. Congrats! You know I'm a fan!! :) I'm probably going overboard this year but hoping it will work out somehow! Actually doing a DD in a moleskine I think. It's almost ready. Then a crafty 6x8 album will be a Christmas Bucket List book with 12 things we plan to do. I might do a spread of Christmas eve/day too in there. Then I plan on just putting everyday life and favorite photos in Project Life (mine is set up monthly). Yeah, did I say I'm going overboard? Having fun though so that's the important part! Congrats again!

  29. Hi Nicole,

I'm doing a DD this year. I received my DDSC kit on friday and I'm pretty excited to begin my foundation pages. My DD from the last two years aren't finished yet but are in progress. I'm ok with this since I took a lot of pictures and kept a lot of notes from each of the 31 days and memorabillia so I'll be able to complete them easily. This morning, we went to the mall for Santa's arrival. A little one I know was pretty excited.

Congrats for your shop's 1st anniversary! I hope to see your DD foudation pages soon. I really love your style! :-)
