Parker's first bath

Even though Parker's umbilical cord fell off a couple weeks ago, we were still giving him sponge baths. Until last week when I finally gave him his first real bath.

He waited oh-so-patiently on the floor while I filled his little tub with the perfect temperature water. 'Woah, I dunno about this mom...' 'Hmm, actually, it feels really good.''Woohoo!'And of course he didn't scream and holler at me until I pulled him out.

Morgan's pool water is warming in the hot summer sun this afternoon. Maybe if he is up for it, we'll take a little dip tonight.
